With the anniversary of the sale of my home just passing, I took pause to consider the factors involved in that successful sale. I tend to do this with each consummated sale I am involved in.
This letter is sent to you to let you know, again, how choosing you for an agent was a decision resulting in very positive results.
I screened prospective agents and reduced the number of three who would get a personal interview. I wanted someone who was personable, well-groomed and knowledgeable (particularly with the knowledge of the community). I was looking for someone who was well-organized, a positive attitude and had a plan to generate prospective buyers.
Once the "for sale" sign went up, it quickly became evident I had made the right decision. The quality and accuracy of your information sheets: the "open house" with refreshments for your fellow agents; the frequent contacts you maintained with me were confirmation of my decision to have you represent me.
Even now, a year after the sale, you continue to make me aware of sales in the community as well as those homes being put up for sale.

Hi Shelly, Thank you for the wonderful gift certificate. Well we're all settled in (almost)--boxes here and there.
